📅 Key Details
Payment

A one-time, non-refundable $5 setup fee is charged upon approval.

Your booking will start 2–3 weeks from today on your selected day.

Sessions are billed at regular posted rates (including applicable discounts).

A payment profile is required, with weekly billing in advance (1–2 weeks ahead). You can add this by navigating to "Payment Profiles" in the menu.
Cancellations

Your booking continues until you request to cancel it permanently. You may skip occasional weeks (once a month). Frequent skips may result in loss of the recurring slot

Manage your cancellations through CourtReserve. Regular cancellation policy applies.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule you with at least 10 days’ notice, with rescheduling prioritized.
Other Details

We’ll aim for your preferred court, though assignments may vary week to week.

You may transfer your recurring booking to another member by emailing us.

Requests are typically reviewed Monday–Friday, and you’ll receive confirmation once approved.
