Dear Pacific Pickleball Community,

We’re excited to announce that Eugene Mak has joined our team as the new Director of Player Development and Athletics at Pacific Pickleball!

Many of you already know Eugene for his tournament experience, sharp eye for detail, and passion for teaching. In this leadership role, Eugene will:

- Grow and enhance our Pickleball School programs.

- Elevate our coaches to deliver consistent, top-quality instruction.

- Introduce new clinics, lessons, and advanced training opportunities.

Why this matters to you:

This means more structure, clearer pathways, and exciting new programs designed to help every player reach the next level. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing 4.0+, you’ll benefit from Eugene’s guidance and the improvements he’s driving across all of our programs.

If you’ve been thinking about joining a Pacific Pickleball lesson, clinic, or Pickleball School program — now is the perfect time. With Eugene leading player development, there’s never been a better opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy pickleball at Pacific Pickleball.

We’re thrilled to welcome Eugene into this role and can’t wait for you to experience the positive impact he’ll bring to you and our entire star coaching team.

Stay tuned for our Fall Pickleball School Programs to be released this coming week!

See you on the courts,

Pacific Pickleball Team
